10 years of Bassgeigenflöhe
There's something going on here: the "Bassgeigenflöhe" child and large day care centre in the Goslar-Baßgeige industrial estate is celebrating its 10th anniversary. A special facility with a special history - and STÖBICH plays a leading role in it.
It was a long road with many hurdles on which the Bassgeigenflöhe developed from a former model project to today's inter-company large-scale day care for children. The success story is almost like a fairy tale: Once upon a time, seven companies came together in Goslar's Baßgeige to create a flexible childcare service for their employees' offspring. One of these founding members was the fire protection company STÖBICH, which drove the joint project forward with its share of start-up capital and still supports it today as a member of the supporting association. With the help of the district's economic development agency, the first little "fleas" conquered the daycare centre at Am Helleberg 7 in September 2013 after a one-and-a-half-year planning phase.
Today, four groups of bees, beetles, bears and butterflies romp, play and do handicrafts here - twice as many children as when the centre was founded. The care team has also grown from five to nine educators, with Alexandra Becker as the caregiver from the very beginning. The concept of loving care, friendly rooms and high-quality toys has remained unchanged. A unique facility that also benefits our employees and their families. This is because the childcare places are primarily available to the participating companies. In contrast to municipal facilities, the care framework can be flexibly arranged here; at core or off-peak times or even just during the holidays.
We congratulate the Bass Geigenflöhen from the bottom of our hearts on their round anniversary and look forward to a successful Open Day with lots of great activities!
