Open training culture at the STÖBICH Academy
Theory and practice merge into a holistic training concept at the STÖBICH Academy. The training team, consisting of Academy Director Hartmut Bochow, Martina Hargarten and Sven Riemer, offers training on fire protection and general topics several times a week, such as train-the-trainer. The offer is aimed at the entire STÖBICH group of companies, subcontractors and international partners, as well as external target groups. Technical training in mechanics and electrics using exhibits is currently particularly important in order to bring employees and trainees up to date with the latest technology. When it comes to service and maintenance, the STÖBICH subsidiary PROTEC-24 is increasingly getting involved. In the long term, training courses are also to be offered for the entire workforce, from electrical planners to managers. On-site training with and partly also at the customer's premises proves that external companies also want to take advantage of the training opportunities.
The goal of the STÖBICH Academy is to create innovative, inspiring training formats that stand out from traditional training. In addition to face-to-face events, e-learning and online training are increasingly being integrated. Soft skills training and leadership development will be in greater demand, according to the trend forecast of training professionals.
In the coming years, the STÖBICH Academy aims to become a leading regional and, in the long term, international provider of training and continuing education. The strong demand shows that it is on the right track.
